    I'm not sure; reason being all 4 beasts in Daniel 7 are represented in Revelation 13 as an amalgamation.

    So the Wild Beast is really the 4th beast of Daniel 7 after it adopts the other 3.

    As you noted, that leaves us with two options:

    "consecutive kingdom took over for the next and adopted the traits of the last to be seen as a whole in Rev 13, or that in fact each beast in Dan 7 has a modern day fulfillment (multi fulfillment)"

    I prefer the modern day fulfillment without the multi-fulfillment, as it overly complicates the picture. (doesn't mean it's wrong though .. I just can't wrap my head around it lol)

    Definitely; but the description Jesus used, and the same sort of language in Ezekiel, Isaiah and Jeremiah applied to Israel, gives us a clue.

    I think I know where you are going with this though!

    Babylon = Vatican, which is the mouthpiece lion of the Wild Beast?

    So multi-fulfillment; you might be right. The 4 wings on the leopard does seem to strongly correlate with the Daniel 8 4 horns.

    What if it's not the case of the fourth adopting the others, but the others changing form and having a modern fulfillment as well?

    Sadly I feel like I'm just spinning wheels :)

    Two years ago I was convinced that Daniel 7 and 2 were 1:1

    So maybe I'll just return to that view, and when the book is actually unsealed, have a "doh" moment when it's wrong ;)

    I see why the idea of the image being the fourth in Dan 7 would help to explain Gods kingdom destroying the entire image, if the other nations were long gone.

    But you would think that the fourth beast in Dan 7 would be described as having the other elements of gold silver and copper. Or at least of three other legs or three more eyes or something, you know what I mean? We don't have a connection of the fourth beast in Dan 7 to the image in Dan 2 to directly connect the fourth beast as representing the whole image. Yes of course the iron and clay, but the other elements as well? I can find a precedence for that.

    It seems that adds complexity that isn't needed. IMO

    Going back to whether the nations took over for each succeeding nation or modern fulfillment's, it seems indicated from places like Dan 8 that new nations must represent the old in some way. Like occupying the same ground or something. Or like Babylon, which I think we both agree occupies the same ideology from present to the past.

    So in the past when Dan 7 was unfolding each proceeding nation occupied the grounds of the last, and maybe that's why they are seen combined in the end, because yes they are all part of a whole now, but they are still separate locals....

    Maybe that's it...

    The gold, silver, copper etc. are destroyed when Anglo/America receives their false flag "death blow" which is self inflicted with the knowledge and approval of the other globalist political powers on earth that recognize that the Western economic system is salvageable. This is a suicide bomber plan. Take out the old and bring in the new through World War III. Systems always change with a big war. Then the fourth king of Daniel 7 will rise to power rather quickly and almost as quickly they (those kings who become part of the beast for the last hour) will be destroyed by the Kingdom of God and swept from the earth like a bad cold.

    Okay, I've been working on this subject again for days. It's such a complex part of Scripture, but I think I'm finally getting somewhere. So I will post some of my findings.

    There just seems no way around the fact that it looks like the image in Dan 2 and as well Dan 7 are maps. That in fact the elements in the statue and the beasts must have multiple fulfillment.

    Look here;

    Rev 17:10 "And there are seven kings: Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet arrived;"

    Dan 7:12 "But as for the rest of the beasts, their rulerships were taken away, and their lives were prolonged for a time and a season."

    Now we know that Medo-Persia was defeated by Greece, so why does Dan 7:12 say that the bears life is prolonged? We see in Dan 8 that the battle between these two leaves no doubt that Medo-Persia was defeated, yet Rev 13 shows the leopard alive in the first beast.

    So then we have the accounts in Dan and Rev telling us that all of these beasts will continue to live on in some way, even though they died off as each successive beast arose.

    This can only point to one thing, the image in Dan 2 and as well the beasts in Dan 7 are maps. The gold, silver, copper, iron and clay coupled with the lion, bear, leopard, fierce and small horn must represent multiple fulfillment's over time. Just the simple fact that the stone that is cut out without hands hits the statue and crushes all the elements tells us that all the elements must be standing in the end, and as well the beasts must be standing in the end as depicted in Rev 13. There is no contradiction because even though each beast falls as the next takes over, Dan 7:12, Dan 8 and Rev 13,17 tell us that these beasts will have an end time fulfillment as well.

    Here is what it looks like;

    [IMG]

    This structure is not complete, far from it. Let alone we will probably have to see the wild beast come against the holy covenant before we can identify it completely, and there are many small details within this structure that are missing, and I hope you guys fill some in.

    With that said, there is one more thing we can be sure of. The 8th king comes out of the abyss whole, all ten horns and seven heads. This means that the beasts in Rev 17 and 13 represent all of Satan's system. We've been looking for one entity to pinpoint as this beast or that, where in fact it would appear that the scarlet colored beast represents all nations against Gods kingdom that have been influenced by the harlot, and that is pretty much all of them.
