I read your whole post, and from a world view you are correct. If any leave the Watch Tower they could be hurt, lose everything, and everybody. They could find their self on the street alone, and hungry. As servants of Jehovah God we put what he says above our life.
We put everything second to serving our Father. There is nothing we allow to stand between us and what God wants. All of our trust is in our God. If what we do in his service puts us in the worst position there is...we treat it as the agreement we made to serve him.
Jehovah to those who love him will not put their well being above our service to him.
You are correct; to have a safe life, we must conceder the harm we could bring upon our life, the things, positions, and people we could lose. Your advice is good, and sound, but it is not advice a servant of God would follow. We who serve our Father do not put our well being, or our life about our service to our living God Jehovah.

Just a little levity, but here is accurate info on HIV transmission...

HIV can only be transmitted from an infected person to another through direct contact of bodily fluids such as:

Blood (including menstrual blood)
Semen / Cum / Precum / Ejaculate.
Vaginal secretions.
Breast milk.
