I was chatting with a brother of my cong last night before the Memorial and he told me that he had learned that one of the victims of the crash was a brother. He also told me that this brother was working as an architect or as a building designer of sort and was travelling to Germany for business purposes.

    Such a sad story. Horrifying.

The suddenness of it all for those poor people. Just sitting peacefully and then calamity out of the blue, and suddenly death and nothingness.

9/11 was a similar horror, the thought of those lives just ending, and there is nothing one could do about it.
