Hi Friends, In 1217 a Jewish Rabbi in Germany predicted that the Ottomans would take Jerusalem and rule over it 8 jubilees, (8x50=400 years) and that was precisely what happened. Then he prophesied that Israel would be no man's land for one jubilee. That happened also accurately from 1917 to 1967. And now the most interesting part: This Rabbi then predicted that the age of Messiah would begin after the 10th jubilee which happens in 2017. Now some preachers have got very interested in these prophecies, and expect something great to happen in 2017 in connection to the age of Messiah. But we are not ignorant to what the "age of Messiah" begins with. Because it is what is called the presence of Jesus Christ according to Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13. And adding the knowledge of 1260 days or in other words 42 months we get to know the length of that hard time period.
