Ezekiel 4:9 “And you should take wheat, barley, broad beans, lentils, millet, and spelt and put them in one container and make them into bread for yourself. For the number of the days that you are lying on your side, 390 days, you will eat it.+10 You will weigh out and eat 20 shekels* of food per day. You will eat it at set times.11 “And you will drink water by measure, a sixth of a hin.* You will drink it at set times.

230 shekels equals to 230 grams or 7.3 oz. And a sixth of a hin equals to 0.6 liters or 1.3 pt.

Is it not wonderful that in God's word you can find a working recipe of emergency survival food for longer periods of time. I think you should be able to stay healthy on a such diet.
I have started to try a diet that is something like that. I have stopped from eating milk products and I am abandoning meat. Instead I eat a lot of pies, beans and lentils and I feel great. And my somach has got used to that really quickly. A week or two. And not much gases at all. If you eat 1 kilogram or about 2 pounds of that in boiled or fresh condition you get enough proteins and it replaces all need for animalistic proteins. And if you buy that dried, the weight is about a third of that.

It's also interesting that this mixture is against Jewish law they weren't supposed to eat bread made with mixed grains.

You bring up a point worth exploring, though the mixing of these in one vessel and making bread of them all together was not against the exact letter of the law, it was, at least, a plain violation of its spirit.

Lev 19:19 "You should keep my statutes: You must not interbreed two sorts of your domestic animals. You must not sow your field with two sorts of seed, and you must not wear a garment made with two sorts of thread mixed together."

Deut 22:9 "You must not sow your vineyard with two sorts of seed. Otherwise, everything produced from the seed you sow as well as the product of the vineyard will be forfeited to the sanctuary."

Well the point is that it was nutritious and kept the man alive. I'll just resort to the old Catholic thingy God works in strange and mysterious ways.

I would be considered inactive by local Jehovah's Witness congregations.

An empirically objective introspective would have to admit I am a prophet, based on the nature of my work. One who believes the Watchtower is being used by Jehovah just as Jerusalem of old, yet one day this Spiritual Jerusalem is destined to collapse, facilitating a call to rebuild (or collect together) our Lords true Jerusalem on earth deep in the time of the end. However, since I present possible fulfillment of prophecy, that technically defines my role as such.

One might say I play the role of a voice in the wilderness, a watchman...

That is with no doubt the most important.
