It would not surprise me if this was done by western mercenaries fighting alongside the pro Ukrainian forces. The leader of the Ukraine could still deny it was his troops that did it and he would not be lying, just a little disingenuous. The western economy is in even worse shape than anyone thinks and they have been trying to provoke a war with Russian for months now. This, I think is just the latest volley. Those people that died on that plane were acceptable losses to the demon possessed leaders who probably hatched this plan. War at all costs.
