"Deportee (Plane Wreck At Los Gatos)" @ Eddie Owen Presents. This one has the history and names of those “deportees” who died. I got many tears listening as they give the names.
The Evil lives here, in what people think of as heaven on earth. IT IS NOT!!! I have shed many tears, especially for the babies and young children: They who now have no parents. Iron Maiden - For The Greater Good Of God
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!! Thanks for the reminder. Here’s the only horses I would attempt to ride. Their names are freedom. Ahhhh, thinking, it’s so good to hear from you again. You know I’m a cowboy at heart. I dislike cities. Give me the open spaces, with no one but the great creatures that Jehovah and his Son brought into existence. And for the scripture to be fulfilled; “and to destroy those who destroy the earth.” ( Rev 11:18 NASB ) Eagles and Horses - John Denver
Well I’m glad your still going..I was a bit worried when you went quiet as I thought you may have fallen of the perch..I even emailed wallflower to see if you were okay...but hey..all is good thank goodness. I’ll post up Daryle braithwaite and his Horses...seeing we are on the topic of horses....I think Ive posted up his original when he was young before. Now I’ll post up his 2018 ...and he’s a lot older...as we all are...☹️ Actually he was a bit sick of this song but was amazed how the younger generation loved it..
This is a powerhouse rendition: Say what you will about the Watchtower, but the music (much of it even) is truly legendary.
Excellent pick single cell.... here is one which is so beautiful..in fact most times I cannot sing it. Just stand there mute As the tears flow too heavily
Daryle has some good pipes. Thanks for telling me about him. Being on the other hemisphere, I never heard of him. Now I've listened to more of his works. Very good. I had the fortune two months ago, to see Jeff's ELO. One of my lovely daughters got me tickets to the show. It was the best ever. Then he sang my favorite ELO song. This says it all. Electric Light Orchestra - Wild West Hero (Official Audio) “Wild West Hero” Wish I was, yeah, a wild west hero. Sometimes I look up high and then I think there might just be a better life. Away from all we know, that’s where I wanna go, out on the wild side and I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Ride the range all the day till the first fading light, be with my western girl round the fire, oh, so bright. I’d be the Indians friend, let them live to be free, ridin’ into the sunset, I wish I could be. I’d ride the desert sands and through the prairie lands, try’n to do what’s right. The folks would come to me, they’d say, we need you here. I’d stay there for the night. Oh, I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Ride the range all the day till the first fading light, be with my western girl round the fire, oh, so bright. I’d be the Indians friend, let them live to be free, ridin’ into the sunset, I wish I could be. Oh, I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Oh, I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Oh, I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Oh, I wish I was, o-oo-o-oh, a wild west hero. Wish I was, o-o-oo-o-o-o-oo, a wild west hero.
Not long and you will be able to live that song In real time...I looked at all their songs but how to pick one,,,they have so many...I nearly put up their...telephone one ..but decided on this...
I just have to put this up...I’m sure everyone will love it as it is Brilliant....it just doesn’t last long enough...
Hey Thinking, Too bad. It won't allow me to see or hear it; In My Country!! Dang! Maybe it's because we have "the chosen one" here. The better part was, it directed me to "Song 007- Christian Dedication". But, yeah, "Telephone Line" would have been appropriate. Actually, the whole Out Of The Blue album was really great. So many to choose from. They had a 15 piece orchestra, and did the whole album. I've been to a lot of concerts over the years, and this one was the best of all. Here's an example: Telephone Line.
what a shame because you would have loved it..look up Mitch Tambo and Australia gots talent 2019.....fantastic performance with the didgereidoo and song ..a lot of talent there ... But I also love Johnathon ANTOINE....and I dont even like opera...his story is so lovely and his personality is as endearing as his voice.... The chosen one...lol....rocket mans mate hey! .
Oh MY! What a wonderful rendition of one of my favorite songs from Les Miserables. A wonderful book, musical play, and movie. I loved all three. The book was (of course) the best. It was the only way to get the deeper understanding of the times, and people. If you haven’t read the book, do yourself a favor and read it. Then again, the musical was also awesome. Thank you, big time, for introducing me to Jonathan Antoine. I just listened to him sing Hallelujah. What would life be without music? Hallelujah!!!
Well here’s another one for you, but it’s not the one I wanted to post up. There is one that’s like a love song but opera style and he sings it with Charlotte....he opens it up and for the life of me I cannot find it,,,it’s just beautiful.....if you go on and see their debut on Britain’s got talent you will marvel at him....actually Simon had a cruel pot shot at them but had to eat humble pie. Even if he had sounded like Daffy Duck I think I would have still loved his personality....he was actually on the very dark side of depression and on the cusp of suicide when he went on there .....he has retained his genuine soul thankfully...and I believe he has been over your way.... As to music....it can make a down heart lifted up....just imagine what the angels must sound like....
Words can't express how I loved those songs. Jonathan is outstanding, and Charlotte is also awesome. I got chills when I heard Unchained Melody. I was familiar with the song. Back when I was younger (A long, long, long time back) There was a singer named Mario Lanza, who sang this on TV. I can say; He didn't have the vocal range that Jonathan has. OMG!! I met Simon Cowell about 20 years ago, in San Francisco. He was a jerk way back then also. If he was double jointed, he would be able to kiss his own - - - backside. Talk about a big head!! You notice he doesn't wear a hat. They don't make them that big. And soooo into himself. I was there promoting a local band. I believe he thinks he can walk on water. I wouldn't be surprised if he bragged about walking on the ocean to get here. He is like DJT (Supposed president of the USA.
Haha...yeah I remember your encounter with Simon and it’s obvious he has a self love of himself. I’m familiar with Lanza because mum used to listen to him sometimes and say how wonderful he was....I too think Johnathon is better..than he and Pavarotti.....to make some one like me who does not really go for opera...and if you look at the comments there are thousands like me who now listen to this boy... they sit up and take notice..he’s a joy to listen to... He’s got his own channel ...I just hope he doesn’t change but remains humble as he naturally is... Demi’s Rousis is another one I liked but only some of his songs...here is Lanza for you....I think he made my Mum swoon...hahah
I was going to put up Demi’s Rouses who I think is great but in my travels I found this fellow....how remarkable!,,
Beautiful flute playing. I want to know where the rest of the band is hiding. I happened to think of this one and wondered, How long until we will be brothers and sisters in arms. Brothers In Arms Dire Straits These mist covered mountains Are a home now for me But my home is the lowlands And always will be Some day you'll return to Your valleys and your farms And you'll no longer burn To be brothers in arms Through these fields of destruction Baptisms of fire I've witnessed your suffering As the battle raged high And though they did hurt me so bad In the fear and alarm You did not desert me My brothers in arms There's so many different worlds So many different suns And we have just one world But we live in different ones Now the sun's gone to hell And the moon riding high Let me bid you farewell Every man has to die But it's written in the starlight And every line in your palm We're fools to make war On our brothers in arms Instrumental Guitar to end. . . .
Here is one I plan to play again for my wonderful wife. We are approaching 59 years soon, and next year will be 60, if we make it. It's all in Jehovah's hands.
