    A few scriptural verses

Isa 60:14 – all those who despised you will bow themselves at the souls of your feet; And they will call you the city of the LORD. The Zion of the Holy One of Israel. – NASV

Rev 3:9 – I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan…to come and bow down at your feet”

Matt 11:20-24 – it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you… if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day

Luke 11:32 – The men of Nineveh will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it. NKJV

According to Matt 11:20-24 and Luke 11:33, if Christ had gone to the people Tyre, Sidom and Sodom, they would have repented and Sodom would never have been destroyed. Is it fair that God never at least sent a prophet to Sodom? He did to Nineveh and they repented. How can Hell be more tolerable for Sodom than for the sinners in Israel? The answer is simple. Tyre, Sidom and Sodom were never on trial for life. They were already condemned to death through Adam. Their trial for life will be in the earthly Kingdom. Hence we are told in…

Ezek 16:55, 61,62 – When your sisters, Sodom and her daughters, return to their former state, and Samaria and her daughters return to their former state, then you [Jerusalem] and your daughters will return to your former state. Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed, … And I will establish My covenant with you. Then you shall know that I am the LORD NKJV

Will the men of Sodom be resurrected? The Society has answered ‘yes’ (Wt. July 1879, p. 8), ‘no’ (Wt. June 1, 1952, p. 338), ‘yes’ (Wt. Aug. 1, 1965, p. 479), ‘no’ (Wt. June 1, 1988, p. 31), ‘yes’ (1988 book Insight on the Scriptures, p. 985), ‘no’ (1988 book Revelation: Its Grand Climax At Hand!, p. 273). In fact, as pointed out in Our Kingdom Ministry (December, 1989, p. 7) early printings of the book You Can Live Forever in Paradise on Earth say ‘yes’ but later printings of the same book say ‘no.’ (pp. 178-179)
