What do you think will Trump survive politicaly, due to the fact that there are a lot of talks to take him down?

I am speculating, that could result into the "sword stroke" to one of the heads of the wild beast of Revelation 13.
That would be timely because the great sign of Revelation 12 occured a year ago September 2017 when there was a celestial alignment that corresponds to the great sign, the woman on the sky with all the prophetic details.

I don't personally think that he's going to be a major part of prophetic events, but it sure is interesting to follow sometimes.

The thing is, his opposition here in the US is made up of the "squeaky wheels." Nobody saw his win coming because those who supported him were the quiet ones who made their mind up in privacy. His opposition make a lot of noise and thrive in their own little echo chamber.

Will this happen again? Not sure. Any media that supports a truly conservative narrative is being shut down and silenced, starting with the loudest ones. Why would this shut down be occurring if the conservative sources weren't a real threat?

The Trump hysteria is even invading our congregations. I've heard many of my brothers and sisters criticize Trump, even if only making jokes about the things said about him. Not very neutral, so we must be careful even when criticizing a political figure who seems to have the whole world against him at times.

Still, I know many who support Trump and simply keep their mouths shut about it. We'll see if the squeaky wheels win this time around.

In the meantime, I'll say that if anything I think he's propping up our little American system. Middle class income is at an all time high, available jobs have risen significantly, unemployment (esp among minorities) is down, and small business optimism is up. Of course most news outlets won't discuss these things, but it's worth noting if you're looking for a well rounded view of the situation.

Thanks ExLuther for your thoughtful response. That is very true that he has managed to make good for the economy in US. He is a successful business man who understands how to get the economy to work.

And he has succeded to calm down North Korea.
Trump is a effective person, no doubt about it. This is interesting because in Daniel 8 it talks about a fierce-looking king that would be effective in his ruling. And Trump is really fierce-looking. And nowadays they talk much in the news in USA that Trump lies a lot. That also fit the description in Daniel 8 where it says that he will use deception a lot.

23 “And in the final part of their kingdom, as the transgressors act to a completion,* a a fierce-looking king who understands ambiguous sayings* will stand up. 24 His power will become great, but not through his own power. He will bring ruin in an extraordinary way,*and he will be successful and act effectively. He will bring mighty ones to ruin, also the people made up of the holy ones.y 25 And by his cunning he will use deception to succeed; and in his heart he will exalt himself; and during a time of security* he will bring many to ruin. He will even stand up against the Prince of princes, but he will be broken without human hand.

And who has not heard Trump to brag about his accomplishments as president? He is exalting himself just as the prophecy says.

So I think they will succed to take Trump down, and that will cause the death stroke to one of the heads of the wild beast. But that head will heal, so that should mean that Trump will get the power back by the help of the wild beast.
And the prophesy says that "His power will become great, but not through his own power". That indicates that some one will give Trump great power he now lacks. And that should be the sevenheaded beast.
What is that? One part of it could well be Russia. The Russians could help Trump to get the power back.

I don’t believe that the individual spoken of in Daniel 8:23 is the idiot in control of the “Red Button”. The NWT translates the aramaic/hebrew word; chiydah (khee-daw') as “ambiguous sayings”. It has the meaning of: riddle, difficult question, parable, enigmatic saying or question, perplexing saying or question. He doesn’t have the mental capability to even understand plain English past the sixth grade. He stumbles over multi-syllable words. No, he is more likely to be one who is easily controlled by outside forces.

And he led Him up and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, ‘I will give You all this domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.’” ( Luke 4:5-6 NASB )

The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, ‘I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to.’” ( Luke 4:5-6 NIV )

And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, ‘All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.’” ( Luke 4:5-6 KJV )

No matter how it is translated, it is what it is. Those who hold power over any nation receives that power from Satan. Even in these un-united states, the choice is not from the people, or by the people. It’s a ploy by Satan; he is the “father of lies”. ( John 8:44 ) It is obvious to me that a BIG LIAR is in a position of mighty power for a short time.

Tsaphah, I know many think Trump is dumb, some of his closest have called him, idiot, moron etc. But is he really that dumb? Those people in his inner circle who think he is dumb, do that because they want to preserve the old order. But Trump is not interested in preserving the old order. And he is willing to sacrify a lot to shape his world.
And during his election campain he was interviewed many times by hostile counterparts who tried to trap him with questions, but he managed that quite well. So my impression was that he well understood ambiguous sayings and tricky questions.

No, it is not his way of “acting dumb”. He is totally ignorant of politics, intelligence procedures, and foreign affairs, to name just a few important ones. That is what makes him so dangerous. There were too many experienced people in his inner circle who have quit because of his lack of understanding. He didn’t understand why the U.S. had military in South Korea. Some people think it’s an act, because of his claims to be rich. He’s not! A report showed that the Trump Organization had a credit score of 19 out of 100, and that it would have difficulty borrowing money. He doesn’t have the slightest understanding of the world monetary structure. There are recorded meetings where his idea of where he thinks the money comes from. You just print more if you need it!

    Trump’s favorite song.

I think Trump is an Asperger. That would explain why he is so different.

I do see how it's possible to make the connection. I'm just not convinced. :) We shall all see in due time, eh?
