Sorry Baruq, It must be an issue with copyright between the agencies in England and the USA. This is weird because it shows a “Standard YouTube License”, which means that the fees are paid by Youtube, to the agency. There are three major Performing Rights Organizations: ASCAP = American Society of Composers And Publishers BMI = Broadcast Music Inc. SESAC = Society of European Stage Authors and Composers (a performance-rights organization in the United States. Since the organization stopped using its full name in 1940, it is now known exclusively as SESAC.) It all depends on which organization allows, permits, and collects fees for written/published/performance rights for artists. An artist can only be a member of one organization. Youtube is responsible for checking those posted files to make sure those rights are not infringed upon. There is a “fair use” clause which most people are unaware of, or misuse. That clause only covers portions of a song when it is used for written review, teaching or educational purposes. You can’t claim it to post the full song on Youtube unless you own the copyrights, or have paid the permissive right to publish. You will see things such as: “**i do not own anything**”. This is a violation of copyright and doesn’t give the OK to use copyright.
Salut frangin !
ELO - The Way Life's Meant To Be "The Way Life's Meant To Be" Well, I came a long way to be here today And I left you so long on this avenue And here I stand in the strangest land Not knowing what to say or do As I gaze around at these strangers in town I guess the only stranger is me And I wonder (yes, I wonder) Yes, I wonder (oh, I wonder) Is this the way life's meant to be? Although it's only a day since I was taken away And left standing here looking in wonder (It's your life, it's your life) Ah, the ground at my feet, maybe it's just the old street But everything that I know lies under (It's your life, it's your life) And when I see what they've done To this place that was home Shame is all that I feel Oh, and I wonder (oh, I wonder) Yes, I wonder (wonder, wonder, wonder, wonder) Is this the way life's meant to be? Too late, too late to cry The people say Too late for you, too late for me You've come so far, now you know everything my friend Look and see the wonders of our world... And I wonder (oh, I wonder) Yes, I wonder (yes, I wonder) Is this the way life's meant to be? As I wander around this wreck of a town Where people never speak aloud With its ivory towers and its plastic flowers I wish I was back in 1981 Just to see your face instead of this place Now I know what you mean to me And I wonder (oh, I wonder) Yes, I wonder (yes, I wonder) Is this the way life's meant to be? And I wonder (oh, I wonder) Yes, I wonder, wonder, wonder, wonder Is this the way life's meant to be? Ooohh, I wonder Oh, I wonder, wonder, wonder Is this the way life's meant to be? Oh, is this the way life's meant to be? Mmmmm, is this the way life's meant to be? I wanna know now Is this the way life's meant to be?

Judgement Day Whitesnake The night is gone The time has come To find a new day has begun An' it promises to stay To soothe the pain of wasted years An' kiss away the bitter tears A love to light the way And from the darkness Comes a smile That reaches out for many miles Touching everyone No more shadows of the past Your spirit free to fly at last Shining in the sun Like the rolling thunder I feel the power of love It's a gift from heaven And the Lord above We walk toward desire Hand and hand Through fields of fire With only love to light the way On the road to Judgment Day Take it easy, take it slow I'll take you anywhere you wanna go Places never seen before 'Cause I love you, an' I need you I'll do my best to please you My love can open any door When you hear the thunder In your darkest night I'll be there to hold you When the lightning strikes So don't you worry, You can ease your mind 'Cause we'll be dancing At the end of time Who loves you, who needs you Who'll do his best to please you I love you, I need you I'll get down on my knees We walk toward desire Hand and hand Through fields of fire With only love to light the way On the road to Judgment Day So don't you worry, baby On the road to Judgment Day Who loves you, who needs you On the road to Judgment Day So I love you, and I need you My love can open any door My love can open any door
