The notion that there is a multiverse of truths, and my truth may not be your truth is total and utter nonsense that those who have agreed together that ultimate truth does not exist, has come up with out of ignorance. Sadly one day they will stand before Jehovah God and give their account to Him, who IS the ultimate truth, and the revealer of secrets. But at that time it will be too late. Our job is to preach the Kingdom and repentance of sin, that some may be saved!

Only the speaker has the right to define their meaning. And if Adam and Eve had heeded that simple fact, they would not have sinned. I don't have to agree with what someone says; I don't even have to like it. But what I don't get to do is make up for myself what they mean. There is only one truth. Certain people - especially more religious ones - have been brought up with notions of taxonomy in relation to religio-ethnic identity that to the western, Christian, mind - not to say, God as well - are rather disappointing, but an understanding of which may help explain the present conflict between the brothers 'Esau' and 'Jacob,' where the latter views the former as a type of the entire Christian civilization. No, actually more like those who view themselves as a type representing Jacob, are working towards the annihilation of what they perceive as the anti-typical representation of Esau, which is the Christian west, although in history, Jacob, while fearing Esau's wrath for cheaply buying him out of his firstborn right and blessing, did not, in fact, seek to harm or destroy his brother Esau - but such is the power of misreading Scripture by those claiming to honor its Author. I've read through this thread and I think that only until Jesus returns will we get a clearer understanding of what a perfect conscience means pertaining to the holy ones. I mean how can one be perfect until they give up their imperfect life?
