A remedy for coping with influenza and sinus infection - inhaling the vapours from boiled water and 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with a towel over your head and over the bowl containing the cider vinegar/water. Remember to close your eyes. It has tremendous "drawing" power. I remember the first time I tried this remedy - I thought the vapours were going to "draw out" my eyeballs! So I was trying to keep up with the exercise instructor on TV. According to them, exercise gives you energy!!! Well I don't know, I think I must not be doing the exercises properly. Because they don't give me any energy. They wear me out!! Hang on a minute! Maybe that's how it works - I do the exercises, I wear out, then I go and have a rest. When I wake up, I feel great! Dear Wallflower, Are you working out in order to be able to jump again over the fence of your yard in a graceful manner next time you have to chase your pets ? Here is a tip : put a garden gate instead !
