Looking forward to watching the lion documentary. Have got some data allowance issues with the internet at the moment, so that will be further down the track.
Baby Elephant - "Are We There Yet" http://www.funny-joke-pictures.com/...!/2014/10/are-we-there-yet-baby-elephant.html
I had to be the "first-aid nurse" as Puss was stung on the nose by a bee. The cat came running, meowing loudly, then rubbed its paws frantically against both sides of its nose. I removed all of the bee sting and then put vinegar on the cat's nose. (I've got a lot of experience doing this - have pulled out several bee stings from cat noses.) I say it to the cat each year: "Keep ya snout out of the flowers." The cat isn't content just to smell the flowers - the nose goes right in.
LaPerm Cats. (Even the whiskers and the fur inside the ear flaps is curly.) https://lapermcats.wordpress.com/
Recently I spoke with a young person who is caring for a bird with a broken wing. She explained how she splinted up the bird's wing using ice cream sticks (here in Aussie Land, we call them "paddle pop sticks" - named after the Paddle Pop brand of ice cream or ice block.) She tapes up the wing and writes the date on the splint - so that she knows when she first found the bird. Felt like I was talking to a younger version of myself. As a youngster, I was constantly bringing home birds with broken wings and splinting their wings in the same manner.
Hey Wallflower, I was reviewing some internet-related stuff for work when I came across this video, I suddenly told myself : "That one is for Wallflower" !!!! Interestingly : This video won the "Golden Kitty Award" for "Best Cat Video On The Internet" at the Walker Art Center's Internet Cat Video Film Festival !!!!! He speaks in French (with a terrible accent, my goodness !) but what he says is faultless (not really faultless but I already heard way worse things !). He must have a native aboriginal French (gal ?) around him.... I don't know why he speaks in French because he doesn't live in France. There are many details that don't fool me (England... !?!?). "Paw de deux" is a pun for "pas de deux", a dance performed by two dancers.
Thanks for posting this video, Utuna. I liked the way it was put together. Have you seen the video where Henri is taken to the vet?
