There is debate on whether this book was written by Nostradamus himself, his son, or one of his assistance after his death however, I am posting this thread here because who ever produced this work obviously had intimate knowledge of scripture, and given the times it was created had to cover it's interpretation for fear of death.

Here is an exert from Wikipedia;

"A postscript by Carthusian librarians states that the book had been presented by one Brother Beroaldus to cardinal Maffeo Barberini, who would later become Pope Urban VIII (1623–44). A further covering note suggests that the images were by the French seer Nostradamus (1503–66), and had been sent to Rome by his son César de Nostredame as a gift. There is, however, absolutely no contemporary evidence that Nostradamus himself was either a painter or the author of the work, whose contents in fact date from several centuries before his time—nor, indeed, that he had ever heard of it, given that it did not finally appear in print until after his death. The postscript is in fact dated '1629', and the covering note (not in Nostradamus's hand) from which the Nostradamian title derives cannot, on the basis of its contents, date from earlier than 1689 - though an internal note does refer to a source dated 1343."

So let's start out with the first image.

You will notice here represented is the tree from Daniel 4, and it's association to the dragon's throne. It is also depicted as healed from it's being chopped down, with the Pope giving it praise.

As I have previously presented, it is quite possible that the tree of Daniel 4 is representative of the Tower of Babel and the seat of Satan's throne that was reestablished after 7 times or 2520 years from 2200BCE when the languages were confused at the tower until 320CE when the "old St. Peter's Basilica" was begun to be built and the start of the Nicene Creed.

So I believe the artist here is representing the reborn throne of Satan, and the rebirth of the Tower of Babel, and the healed death stroke of the head in that being Babylon the Great/Holy See.

 

Here we see the tower burning, representing the reborn Tower of Babel and that of BTG burning at the time of the end in Rev 17:16; "And the ten horns that you saw and the wild beast, these will hate the prostitute and will make her devastated and naked, and they will eat up her flesh and completely burn her with fire."

The two women of Zechariah 5 taking Babylon the Great and throwing here into the ephah container to bury here where she originated in Babylon; "Then I looked up and saw two women coming forward, and they were soaring in the wind. They had wings like the wings of a stork. And they lifted up the container between the earth and heaven. So I asked the angel who was speaking with me: “Where are they taking the eʹphah container?” He replied: “To the land of Shiʹnar to build her a house; and when it is prepared, she will be deposited there in her proper place.”

We will notice the next image of the Pope with eagles feet matching ancient images from Babylon with the women depicted with feet of an eagle. Again representing the great harlot BTG.

Also it can be noted that this image appears to represent Dan 7 and the battle between the lion and the bear.
