There was a book written a long time ago about the events before the flood. From what I hear it was very heavily influenced by the demons who were actually there and remember. Ofcourse you never know how much is true.

So from that one scripture, about a third of the angels joined Satan and the rebellion against Jehovah?

My first question is how long a time period did this happen over?

It had been at least a few generations of Adams children that only one angel who became know as Satan was the only one in the rebellion.

Then once they noticed the good looking women, and Satan must have convinced a few of the other angels to join the rebellion and come down and have sex with the women.

The book I referred to about these events said that the first ones to join the rebellion became the demon princes, these are likely the ones we know the names of like Baal, Moleck and the Demon at the top of the secret societies like Skulls and bones is called Jarbelon and Oh Bed Dah

So my next question is how long a time period were other angles choosing to join the rebellion? could it have been just a few days? then a cut off so no more could join? Or was it over years and years that more good angels still chose to make human bodies for themselves and have sex with the women?

We know it must have gone on for many years, enough for the next generation to grow up into the hybrid Nephalim.

Some say the old stories about Gods and demi Gods like Hercules and Zeus were based on this time period.

My third question is were there any female nephalim? Is there a reason why the half demon half human offspring would all be male?

My 4th question is how many were there?

If a third of the angels then there must have been far more angels and Nephalim that there were humans?

I just like to question everything, looking forward to hearing others thoughts on this.

My 5th and final question, is when the Bible says that in the last days things would be worse than they were before the flood, then how bad are things going to get in our day?

I have no idea how old you are but, I’m sure you have been told of the destruction of London and other cities of England during WWII. That will not come close to the destruction to come. You also have to consider what reason Jehovah had to destroy all humans except eight members of Noah’s family. “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be.” ( Mt 24:38-39 NASB ), (read Rev 6).

But it does cover a great deal of the then-common apocalyptic expectations by Jews following their release from Babylon. Some of that was tied to the heavenly realm, and Jewish understanding of the ranks among the heavenly creatures. Seraphs, Cherubim, Angels and Arch-Angels, and others we read about during this particular period in Jewish history— and then meet many of these same creatures in the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

The Dead Sea Scrolls that we exult over because they provide technical, tangible evidence that our Bibles are appreciably accurate in transmission of the text. They had been collected by a group of Jews who sought to isolate themselves from the harlot, Jerusalem. They were the Essenes, and they were convinced that bad times were coming to Jerusalem and its establishment of Pharisees and Sanhedrin. They didn't consider only those texts which match our Christian Bible, however. The Essenes preserved other collections of writings, including the Books of Enoch. I'll be curious to learn why they didn't become followers of Jesus, then, since they knew Jehovah's Judgment was nigh.

Anyhow, the link provides a better insight into where that whole idea came about "black" people being Satan's seed.

I don't recall seeing anywhere during my readings of the Enochian collection of writings about Satan's seed surviving the Flood as the line of Ham, either. It was the Enochian view that the angels which forsook their proper dwelling to take human wives for themselves would be locked away in what our Christian Greek Scriptures refer to as "Tartarus." Their forbidden congress with human women produced hybrids between an angel and human, making the angels' sin multiples greater before Jehovah. These hybrids were known among Jews down through their generations as the Nephilim. While their human wives perished in the Flood, the angels were forced to abandon their corporeal body, but heaven was blocked off to them. Into Tartarus they went. Think sensory deprivation right down to the spiritual level.

Being locked up like that for as long as they have been is sure to build a little rage, which apocalyptic writings seem to speak in agreement that these imprisoned angels will be released upon the earth once more—and it will be a dark day for humans.

But, what about their hybrid children? Did they perish in the Flood? The Enochian writings record the Jewish apocalyptic view of the time: they, too, were forced to abandon their human nature, as well. That left only their angelic nature and became those disembodied beings we meet again during the ministry of Jesus, when he casts out demons, and they know who he is. My speculation here is that because they did have human form during the time before the Flood, they would be able to possess humans, unwillingly or not. Basically, the beings we today think of as demons are the angelic nature— well, fallen angel nature, to be exact. We haven't met their parents yet because they're in Tartarus Penitentiary. And woe to us when they come.

In any case, Joshuastone7 is correct that the Books of Enoch are not considered inspired works. So that has to be kept at the forefront when discussing the Enochian writings. As I understand, the Enochian writings were simply to answer questions that Jews had during those years. To some, they were enough to convince Jews that Jerusalem was at its end, and to form their own group, isolated from other Jews so they could be clean. And thanks to the Essenes, we have the Dead Sea Scrolls. I only wish we knew more about them.

As I mentioned in my rather spontaneous response (it was supposed to be just the link to the information) to Joshuastone7, it isn't considered inspired by Jews, Jewish Christians, or Gentile Christians. Jude's reference to it was not because the Enochian writings are inspired, but because they made his point for him. Remember how the apostle Paul utilized the tomb to the "unknown god" to make his point. I'm personally not bothered that Jude was familiar with the Enochian writings to the point where he could cite them— if I was living in those days, I probably would be, too. I'm a sucker for good disaster films, too.

But to put such writings as these on par with the writings accepted by the overwhelming majority as inspired of Jehovah God? Uh, no.

I'd be interested in hearing you talk a little about why you feel intrigued and are wanting to learn more about those who have rejected Jehovah on the scale Satan and those with him have done and continue to do?

I thought after the flood the demons went back to heaven, right up untill 1914, then Michael (jesus) battled with the drangon and his angels, then they were thrown to the earth.

Nothing in the Bible about sensory deprecation, I dont think Jehovah will torture them, from what I know of Jehovah he is not cruel, he is loving and just.

Its also new to me about the offspring surviving, I just dont see how that can be correct, they were never given long life or anyting , why on earth would Jehovah do that? He wouldnt. The Bible indicates that they were all killed by the flood, this is surely the main reason why Jehovah brought about the flood in the first place?

I don't know if it is inspired by demons! At least a small portion was referenced in Jude 1.Therefore, it was at least considered as worthy of reliable source of information. Apparantly many Church fathers also made reference to it. And once it was considered for cannonization as scripture, in fact it does form part of the Ethiopian Bible.

As far as I understand, and I have a copy, though, I admit I have not read it all. But my wife and son keep saying I should, as it fills in some missing details of events that happened during the time from Adam to the flood. And has remarkable prophecies that seem to harmonize well with the scriptures.,

According to Enoch, the demons are the offspring, the nephilim who are disembodied spirits, who now look for bodies they can dwell in, the demons are not the fallen angels. Though the term (demon) is often refer to those who follow Satan

As far as I can make out, The term "watchers" refers to fallen angels (about 200) who are the ones who married women and produced offspring. Other angels (about a third) fell as well. Not all them took to having sex with women. Others, it seem may have experimented with the animals which may have been the reason God wiped out the animals during the flood.

Much of the mythology of Greeks and Romans and others have their birth in these stories.

Some of your questions are are a little hard to answer as one cannot be specific as to how many, but we can assume it is a lot. and that what ever happens in the future is obviously going to be greater than what was before, simply because of the increase in population and worldwide spread of wickness.

I have one more question to add to this list. Jehovah certainly knew there was a rebellion going on and he certainly knew that these Wicked Angels were making human bodies to go to Earth. Why would jehovah allow such a thing in the first place?

 

It’s been a while since the question was asked, and apparent that no answer was given. I looked into the so-called “Book of Enoch”. Nothing there. So, I checked the Bible for “third of the angels”. Here is what I found. This is speaking of the Dragon. “And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.” ( Rev 12:4a NASB ) “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:” ( Rev 12:4a KJV ) “and his tail drew the third part of the stars of the heaven, and he throws them to the earth.” ( Rev 12:4a LITV ) These will take place at a later time, possibly at the beginning of Christ’s reign.

Pieters and many other present-day commentators decline to find any meaning here except that of emphasizing the dragon's size; but, “ancient interpreters took the passage as referring to the fall of Satan, who took with him one third of the angels of heaven (cf. Milton's Paradise Lost).” This ancient understanding of it is attractive to this writer. It is true that we do not have much revealed on this subject; but all that is revealed fits the interpretation perfectly. We know that Satan has some angels (Matthew 25:41), and that these are almost certainly the same as the angels of 2 Pet. 2:4. No less a scholar than Bruce agrees that, “The reference is probably to the angels who were involved in Satan's fall.” Rev. 12:9 also mentions these same wicked angels.
