Core Premise The seven heads in Revelation 17 are seven successive rebirths of Babylon — the Lion/Gold head of Daniel 2 & 7. Every other element in the statue (silver, bronze, iron) represents the horn powers within each cycle, not the heads themselves. Key Rule In every cycle, the Lion/Gold head appears twice: 1. As the head at the start of the statue (rebirth point of Babylon). 2. As the clay at the end of that statue, mixed with the iron power of that era. That clay then becomes the head of the next statue. Pre-Christ: The Lion was tied to a fixed geopolitical center (Babel, Babylon, etc.). Post-Christ: The Lion became an ideological head, free to migrate geographically while keeping its prophetic identity. This explains why Constantine’s 312 CE Lion head is Rome, not Mesopotamia. It also parallels Daniel 11’s North/South conflict — the ideological “North” can migrate to new hosts over time. The North Ideology Not just a place, but a continuous line of religious-political dominance from Babel → Babylon → Rome → Christian Imperialism → Ottoman Caliphate alliances → Fascist/Nationalist blocs → the future two-horn beast.
