These all occur on the same day, at the same time, in that of the day Christ Jesus is enthroned as king. Psm 18:13 "Then Jehovah began to thunder in the heavens; The Most High made his voice heard With hailstones and fiery coals." 1Sam 2:10 "Jehovah will shatter those fighting against him; He will thunder against them from the heavens. Jehovah will judge to the ends of the earth, He will give power to his king And exalt the horn of his anointed one.†Rev 11:15 "The seventh angel blew his trumpet." 11:19; "And the temple sanctuary of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen in his temple sanctuary. And there were flashes of lightning and voices and thunders and an earthquake and a great hail." Rev 16:17,18"The seventh one poured out his bowl on the air. At this a loud voice came out of the sanctuary from the throne, saying: “It has come to pass!†And there were flashes of lightning and voices and thunders, and there was a great earthquake unlike any that had occurred since men came to be on the earth, so extensive and so great was the earthquake." Eze 2:9, 3:2,3 "When I looked, I saw a hand stretched out to me, and in it I saw a written scroll. When he spread it out before me, it had writing on both front and back. Dirges and mourning and wailing were written on it. Then he said to me: “Son of man, eat what is before you. Eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.†So I opened my mouth, and he made me eat this scroll. He went on to say to me: “Son of man, eat this scroll that I am giving you, and fill your stomach with it.†So I began to eat it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth." Rev 10:9,10 "I went to the angel and told him to give me the little scroll. He said to me: “Take it and eat it up, and it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet like honey.†10 I took the little scroll out of the hand of the angel and ate it, and in my mouth it was sweet like honey, but when I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter." Rev 4:5 "From the throne were coming lightning and voices and thunders;" Job 37:5 "God thunders with his voice in a wonderful way; He does great things that are beyond our understanding." Ex 19:16,17 "On the morning of the third day, there was thunder and lightning, and there was a heavy cloud on the mountain and a very loud sound of a horn, and all the people in the camp began to tremble. Moses now brought the people out of the camp to meet the true God, and they took their place at the base of the mountain." Ex 20:18 "Now all the people were witnessing the thunder and lightning, the sound of the horn, and the mountain smoking; and seeing this made them tremble and stand at a distance." SOURCE
I want to make a point thunder always comes after lightning so the 7 thunders have to be the after effects of 7 judgements from Jehovah. thunder does not herald the coming of lightning its vice versa.
That is true jehovahisgod. The usually terminology, when spoken or written, is Thunder and Lightening. Probably because most of the time people don’t see the lightening and only hear the thunder. (Jn 12:28-29)
Without getting into huge detail, Jesus is enthroned the moment the 7th trumpet, 7th bowl and first 5 seals are opened, and the scroll in the angels hands in Rev 10 appears to be the same as that of the ephah container of Zech 5. You will also notice that the very next chapter in Zech, Ch 6 discusses the four horsemen of the first four seals, and then the crowning of the brothers of Christ at the end of the chapter, matching the 5th seal. Rev 10:2 "and he had in his hand a little scroll that had been unrolled." Rev 10:10 "I took the little scroll out of the hand of the angel and ate it, and in my mouth it was sweet like honey, but when I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter." Zech 5:1,2 "Again I looked up, and I saw a flying scroll. He asked me: “What do you see?â€I replied: “I see a flying scroll, which is 20 cubits long and 10 cubits wide.†An interesting correlation with with a first fulfillment in Eze;Eze 2:9 "When I looked, I saw a hand stretched out to me, and in it I saw a written scroll. When he spread it out before me, it had writing on both front and back. Dirges and mourning and wailing were written on it." Eze 3:2,3 "So I opened my mouth, and he made me eat this scroll. He went on to say to me: “Son of man, eat this scroll that I am giving you, and fill your stomach with it.†So I began to eat it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth."
