Its 1 ocock in the morning here in georgia, Im full of cheap easter candy,and Im gleaping like a crack addict for more chocolate. but I decided it would be fiting to bring back one of my old moldy threads for a breif look at just what the sighn of johna is..some beleive that it simply ment jesus death and resurection after 3 days. but not so jesus stated that a wicked perverse generation would be seeking a sighn and would receive none except the sighn of johna,,so in a nutshell here is what he was talking about,jesus was talking about our generation and the preaching work warning of armagedons aproah in the 70s we of today are compared to ninevah(those without jah) and like old ninevah millions put on sackcloth and proclaimed repentance! jehovah showed mercy and postponed ninevahs destruction for another generation 100 years! but then ninevah was destroyed quite ez! today the same is true jehovah grants a postponement of armegedon, the world leaders are fully aware of what has happened and they have instituted many freebies and temporary stimulus packages to give themselves power for a time, they know full well that total destruction will come in the next generation so they have no fear of spending up all the childrens inheritance and monies. make no mistake what Im saying is true. the devil,the world leaders and all the false religeions know full well that its about over! they will do everything possible to put up a great show until the last 7 years of history when the monies run out and the great tribulation sets in.. now Im not going to play mr prophet and tell you that the end will come 100 years from the time that jehovahs wittnesses began preaching. but ninevah was destroyed after they received their warning and temporarly repented .by babalon(false religeion) after 100 years.. this symbolizes that false religeions will cause jehovahs final anger and destruction in like manner! therefore our wicked and perverted generation that kept looking for a sighn from god to rescue them indeed got a sighn but the sheeple were so beguiled by the shepards voice that they did not realize the shepard was a wolf that was milking the sheep and selling their wool! ok You devoted jws dont get too offended! but this sighn of johna began with your warning and will end after you have been properly toasted in the desert 3 days(thats 30 years) and your ninevites repent for a time. sad to say it but most of us old jws who hoped for 1975 can leave armagedon in their wills to their children! and we can be mad like johna that we went and preached and dont get to watch ninevah destroyed! ok Im going to sleep the drugs(chocolate sugar, caffine) are wearing off. ps look for jesus tomorow on your road to ameus!

scriptures.

The word organization does not appear in the Bible. For the first 2,500 years of human history there was no single organization and worship was not contingent on membership of a church. Yet we have records of the most God fearing men of all time; people such as Enoch, Joseph, Noah and Abraham. The bible teaches that Job served God after the formation of the nation of Israel. God said that there was "no one like him in the earth" (Job 1:8)

In Christian times Jesus promised to be with his followers at all times providing individual sustenance and guidance through the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:20 "Look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things."
1 Corinthians 6:1 "What! Do YOU not know that the body of YOU people is [the] temple of the holy spirit within YOU, which YOU have from God?"

When the Samaritan woman asked where to worship, Jesus showed a physical place is not important, answering;

John 4:23 "Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him."

A person can rightfully worship alone or in small groups. Jesus promised that he would direct his followers no matter how many were gathered together.
Matthew 18:20 "Where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there I am in their midst!"

Meeting together to discuss things of a spiritual nature with friends over a meal or coffee can be enjoyable; the input from others affords a balanced view and can be more encouraging than being lectured from a pulpit.

The social nature of humans fills people with the need to belong to a community. This is not God's need, but man's. A church is not essential for worship, but this is not to indicate that they are of no benefit, or that large gatherings are wrong. Jews had large festivals and would meet at the temple. Jesus spoke to 3,000 non believers on a mountain. Peter spoke to a large gathering after which 3,000 were baptized. Groups were formed by early Christians, "that the congregation may receive upbuilding". (1 Cor 14:5) Christian congregations met in houses with like minded people worshipping Christ. As traditionally common in society, mature members guided the newer ones. (Acts 20:28)

The formation of congregations indicates order, but it does not imply an organization that demands unquestioning obedience. There was freedom to discuss different points of view without fear of retribution, such as when congregations disagreed over circumcision. When such serious disagreement arose a large group of older men came to consensus, the consensus was not to "further burden" the congregation. (Acts 15:28
these scriptures show that we have more freedom in what buildings we worship than most of us are taught. jesus said that a wicked and preverse generation seeks a sighn! well ladys and gentleman jonah went to ninevah... jehovahs wittnesses went unto the world... ninevah repented temporary..so did a lot of the world when jehovahs wittnesses warned that armagedon was comeing...jonah went and set down waiting for the end, so did jehovahs wittnesses, jonah was angry because ninevah wasnt destroyed, so were and still are jehovahs wittnesses including me! hmmm an emerging pattern! were did jonah go to? he went back and founded the first kingdomhall! no I cant prove that but we all know its true because since jonah and ninevah their has been a repeating pattern over and over in wich men set forth warning of the end tell people how, when, and were and what to say and now even expound on the bibles messege..so now you gather your wits and tell me how long before the whale deposits us on the beach and we arise from the uh fishy smelling sea foam and see the messege? the sighn of jonah is at hand and its time for the end of ninevah trust me when I say its not going to be proceded by a great fan fare ninevah(babalon) the great city, etc has just about run out of usefull ness to the kings of the earth she is a heavy weight,evan now the evidence is out,soc sec out of money,food stamps runing out,men being given hundreds of incentives and freebies to get off of the back of the wild beast and walk! freinds what will happen next year when income tax time comes and their just isnt money to refund? yup the government in haste and anger will turn mean on all those releigios and humanitarian,hookers that have been sleeping around with whoever has the funding,ahhhh but here comes the catch!! NOTICE THIS, who is the one organization thats been pileing up free and clear money,and land? and seems to be imune to it all?now go get a mirror and take a look at that big bullseye painted on your hind side. got the picture?
