LOL... There is no need to prevent these wars, they create them. Who do you think is ruling the world? The LoN came about as a result of WW1, a war that they created. The LoN didn't go down then as many think. It was the beginning/trial run for what would become the UN. WW2 was brought on to bring about the UN. Now the last phase is to bring on WW3 to put the UN as the 8th king. War is the only way the world will accept such. Once it starts this time and goes on for a short time, people will be begging for the UN to rule. Can you imagine what people today will be like when cargo ships stop coming in with food and meds. We can also say Babylon is the mouth of the lion in the first beast of Rev 13 and that it is the entity that is healed. The condition of the lion in Dan 7 is the healed condition of Nebbi from Dan 4. Ish 14:13 So in the narrative of Daniel 4, Nebbucednezar boasts arrogantly of his glory, might, and power. "He said, “Is not this the great Babylon I have built as the royal residence, by my mighty power and for the glory of my majesty?” Dan 4:30 So Nebuchadnezzar boasts in himself and what he had built with his tree to the heavens. However, in his vision, he sees a messenger coming down from heaven. "In the visions I saw while lying in bed, I looked, and there before me was a holy one, a messenger, coming down from heaven." Dan 4:13 Interesting; If we go back to the tower of Babel, the exact same thing happens. The angels came down from heaven. "But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building." Gen 11:5 And when they came down to inspect that tower and what mankind was doing, what did the angels do? "Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other. So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city." Gen 11:7,8 Well, that's exactly what happened to Nebi as well. The angels came down and chopped down the tree and scattered its fruit, just as the Lord scattered mankind over the whole earth at the tower of Babel. Dan 4:14 Now here is something to pay attention to; The command was to have "seven times" pass over the tree of Daniel 4 until Nebi acknowledged the Most High. "Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes." Dan 4:25 We are told that this vision is ultimately given to those "living." "‘The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people.’" Dan 4:17 (More on this in a moment) Now, let's take a look at Nebi's condition after he was cut down. "Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let him be given the mind of an animal, till seven times pass by for him." Dan 4:16 Nebi here was given a mind of an animal and made to go on all fours eating like an ox, as his hair grew like eagle feathers and nails like claws of a bird. "He was driven away from people and ate grass like the ox. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like the feathers of an eagle and his nails like the claws of a bird." Dan 4:33 Now let me draw your attention to the lion in Dan 7 that represents Babylon and the head of Gold in Daniel 2. Have you ever noticed it is the healed state of Nebi's condition? "The first was like a lion, and it had the wings of an eagle. I watched until its wings were torn off and it was lifted from the ground so that it stood on two feet like a human being, and the mind of a human was given to it." Dan 7:4 The lion's wings, like an eagle, were plucked out, just like the hair of Nebi that looked like eagles feathers. The lion was lifted up from the ground, no longer on all fours like an ox eating the grass as Nebi was, but stands on two feet like a man again. And then the mind of a human was given the lion, no longer the mind of a beast that was given Nebi in Dan 4. You see, the lion in Daniel 7 is the healed condition of the fatal blow to Babylon in chapter 4. Does this sound familiar? "One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed." Rev 13:3 The first beast of Revelation 13 has a head with a fatal wound that was healed. And guess what this beast's mouth looks like. "The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion." Rev 13:2 So the mouth of this beast is the lion. Why do you think that is? Because it boasts arrogantly just as Babel and Nebi of Babylon. "The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven." Rev 13:5,6 Now comes in the seven times. I find it interesting that the little horn is spoken of boasting exactly like Babel and Babylon. "This horn had eyes like the eyes of a human being and a mouth that spoke boastfully." It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon." Rev 13:11 Hmm, and how does the dragon speak? "The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. At the tower of Babel, they thought they could come together, make a name for themselves, and build their tower to the heavens without God. And just as Babylon and Nebi were seen with all the animals under its branches, he made the mistake of thinking it was all from him. Let's hypothesize for a moment, and let's look at Peter's words in 2Pt 3. He talks about our Lord's return and the end of this age and says, "a day is a year and a year a day to our Lord." So let's say, 7 x 360 = 2520 days A day for a year would be a solar year of 365 days. The Hebrews used the Lunar/solar that would cycle to match a full year. So then 2520 years from Babel's arrogant words to the tree growing again, and Babylon reborn would be, 2139 BCE + 2520 Years = 380 CE Hmm, interesting... Let's try something else, 590 BCE + 2520 years = 1929 CE Interesting... Before going into that in-depth, let's look at one more thing. Do you remember the last element of the statue in Dan 2 that mixes with the iron? "Its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay." Dan 2:33 Why baked clay? Oh yea, that's right. The thing to think about when you think of me is there is no ideology I haven't heard. I have spent decades listening to every pastor and every commentator of Scripture. I listen to all ideologies in the world. It has been many years since someone offered a perspective of Scripture and end times that I haven't heard yet. Even the perspectives you have been sharing with me are nothing new. Everyone believes the abyssing is the deathstroke, etc... I could never have reached the conclusions I have without listening, understanding, and studying every view in the world. I watched your links and saw nothing I hadn't previously seen. Just because commentators believe something will happen, that doesn't mean it will. The WT believes 1914 was when Christ was enthroned. That doesn't mean it's true. Most people believe WW3 comes at the beginning of the end. That doesn't make it accurate. Most people believe physical Jews and Jerusalem are the prophecied God's people today. I'm not sure I understand your perspective Joshua. The death stroke in Revelation happened 5000 years ago? It seems like the verses below are talking about the same thing to me. Isn't this the 8th king that comes from the abyss? It's my perspective that the head with a deathstroke is not the abyssing. The deathstroke is to the Tower of Babel/Babylon and reborn into the Holy See. The Tower of Babel was 4200 years ago. 2196 BCE + 2520 years = 325 CE and the birth of Christendom. From 590 BCE, when Nebbi had the tree dream, to 1929 you come to the Lateran Treaty. I believe the beast in Rev 13 is already here as the UN with the Holy See as a permanent observer, and I believe the abyssing/8th king happens deep in the time of the end. The apostasy being said to come first is referring to having to come first before Jesus will come. You and I agree that when Jesus comes it is Armageddon and he will kill/throw into the fiery lake the beast/8th king. That being said, then that means the 8th king had to be on hand doing his thing just prior to Jesus coming. In order for the 8th king to be on hand during that time the beast would have had to go into the abyss and then come out as the 8th king. The member states gave their power and support to the UN/8th king. Now all people living under those member states have to also support/obey live under the globalism rule of the UN. Remember the Pope who said: [A shift toward globalism is necessary...Our only hope for planetary peace and progress is to make room for “international organizations” to develop into governing bodies, supplanting the “state interests” with the will of the United Nations.] It is now during this time (1,260 days) that people will have to take the MOTB, etc. with the 8th king now being in power. This will be the hour of judgment/test from Jehovah, because taking the mark/supporting the 8th king does result in apostasy against Jehovah. This is why those that do so, will receive his wrath. But again, this is Jehovah's hour of test/hour of judgment upon the whole world, to see who will worship him or who will worship the 8th king. Jehovah is using the 8th king to carry out his test on all the people of the world, this is why he puts it into the hearts of the 10 kings to give their power to the UN. So, the apostasy occurring during this time of the 8th king, does occur first before Jesus comes. This time of test is the GT and what is said to be cut short by Jehovah. But the cutting short is that Jehovah limited the days to a set/appointed time of 42 months. The 1290, 1335 days run like you say, starting with the 1,260 days. So, when the 1,260 days end for the appointed time set for the 8th king to rule, there will be 75 days left to conclude the killing of the TW, judging the nations/sheep/goats and Armageddon that all take place during those 75 days. That's not why I believe it's first. It took years to nail down all of the chronology before discovering that it is, in fact, the very first thing in the time of the end. I am aware that it says it must come first before the day of the Lord, but it just so happens to be the first thing in the end as well. The beast goes into and out of the abyss in the time of the end. You say it's first, I say it's later. You say it's 42 months before Jesus appears, and I say it's a year before He appears. What does it matter what people of the world think or plan for the future? Yes, I know you like to find confirmation of the Bible in the world, but I prefer not to guess. I just prefer to take everything from Scripture. And yes, I watch every newscast and read every newspaper. And I always know exactly what's going on in the world. That doesn't mean I put any weight into it. I believe the beginning of the end will be obvious... "For the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets." Am 3:7 I have come to understand that only God can open eyes. Israel's current blindness/hardening continues. I agree the UN is a stooge organization for the Oligarchy hungry. We don't disagree on the one-world-order coming, we just disagree on when it comes in the end. The angel says the beast "is not." That's the same moment the "five are not," which is the same moment the "one is." They are all present tense and occur in the same moment. You want to choose for yourself when the time frames are, where I prefer continuity in the speaker's words. Unless the deathstroke to one head from the sea is not the abyssing of the entire beast, then the apostasy comes before the abyssing. Jesus says the buying and selling are worship of Him in Rev 3:18. Both the apostasy and the 8th king come before Jesus appears in both of our scenarios. So? Why do you think you're right? I'm not trying to be facetious. As I've told you, I know what they say and think at all times. I watch every news release from them all. That doesn't mean I care to much about what they say. It doesn't matter to me what they say, God will settle it all out. I used to be like you watching every utterance from the world looking for the end times. I guess I'm just at the point in my spiritual life that my faith is absolute. Nothing the world says matters any more because I know everything is His Will. If He Wills this or that, it will happen, if He doesn't Will it, it won't happen. Nothing the world can say can effect that. That may not make sense, but it is what it is. Also, I know what to expect, I know what is coming whether I'm right or wrong. I know all the interpretations of Scripture. Regardless of which one is correct I'll recognize it. But with that said, I do know my role in God's kingdom. I don't serve God for what I might gain, I serve God because I stand for honor, truth and righteousness. I would completely understand if I was not allowed to make it, I would still serve God to my last breath. My comfort is in knowing His Will will survive. I serve God because He deserves my devotion.
